Our three-stage, coordinated product management courses with certification are aimed at product managers, heads of product management and employees in an interface function to product management in the industrial and B2B environment who want to develop and expand their expertise. You can also expand your expertise in our PM1 Elements training courses.
Whether you are a newcomer or a product manager with several years of experience, our training programme ensures that you become familiar with all the essential building blocks for successful and effective product management. Our entire training programme can also be put together individually for you and your company as in-house training.
The Three-Stage Product Management Courses
Level 1 –
Foundation
In the PM1 Boot Camp Product Manager training, we train you to become an entrepreneur for the product.
The focus of the “All in One” foundation training is on developing a product business plan (PBP) for your own product and learning all the tools you need to become successful. The boot camp is available as a 5-day intensive training in person with networking effect or as a compact training in 6 online live sessions.
The Boot Camp is the basis for achieving the PM1 Professional certificate level.
Level 2 –
Mastering
With our compact mastering training courses, you can further expand and deepen your product management skills in relevant key areas. All mastering training courses have a clear practical orientation. You focus on the essential methods, learn how to work effectively with immediately applicable templates and tools and receive lots of tips for your practical implementation.
At least two of the six mastering training modules are required to achieve the PM1 Master certificate level.
Level 3 –
Leadership
The PM1 Leader Camp was developed for product management leaders and those who want to become one. The training provides you with the complete framework for establishing and expanding effective product management. You will also benefit from the valuable peer-to-peer exchange of experience and immediate access to PM experts. The training shortens the analysis phase as an introduction to a consulting project.
By participating in the PM1 Leader Camp, you lay the foundation for your PM1 Leader certificate.

The PM1 Element Product Management Training
In the PM1 Elements, we focus on individual selected product management focus topics from our Foundation and Deep Dive training courses with the aim of deepening and applying them in an even more focused way. In our 4-hour Turbo Workouts, you can select the pieces of the puzzle that you are missing in order to take your skills to an even higher level.

One example of the outcome-based training approach is the product business plan. Instead of arbitrary methods and tools, the training focuses on the creation of a complete business plan, which is the strategic core task of a product manager. Managing directors expect product managers to be able to present well-founded market analyses and strategic options systematically and precisely.
