The PM1 Summit 2025 was a resounding success!
Under the theme ‘Mastering Today’s Challenges in Product Management,’ product managers and PM experts came together to discuss current challenges and solutions in product management. With a pre-Christmas networking dinner in Munich and a summit day at the HighLight Towers, the event offered an inspiring mix of practical contributions, in-depth expertise and valuable exchanges among peers.
The speakers’ real-world insights, the interactive World Café sessions and the open, lively community atmosphere, in which participants learned from each other and discussed issues together, were particularly appreciated.

Looking back on the PM1 Summit 2025
Under the theme ‘Mastering Today’s Challenges in Product Management,’ product managers and experts gathered in Munich to engage in intensive, practical discussions about the current challenges of product management – on equal footing and in an open atmosphere.
The networking dinner in the festive ambience of Munich city centre provided the ideal start for inspiring discussions and exciting initial contacts. On the conference day itself, the event took place high up in the HighLight Towers – with an impressive view over Munich, which provided the perfect setting for a day full of ideas and professional depth.
