With the PM1 Product Management training course, you can get started as a strategic PM within just a few days. The PM1 Boot Camp Foundation training courses are aimed at all newcomers and experienced product managers in the B2B and industry environment. We offer you two formats: the intensive classroom training or the online live compact version. Both trainings have their own advantages and address different learning styles and time frames.

PM1 Training Level 1 – Foundation

Product management training with all relevant topics, methods and tools

In the PM1 Boot Camp product management training programme, we train you to become an entrepreneur for the product. The focus of the ‘All in One’ basic training is, among other things, the development of a product business plan (PBP) for your own product. However, other important topics such as the basic understanding of product manager roles and product management processes, the competence of lateral leadership, the design of a successful product launch and the strategic management of a product portfolio are also part of the training.

The PM1 boot camp product management training course offers intensive and comprehensive basic training to become a strategic product manager in the B2B environment. Over the course of five concentrated training days, you will familiarise yourself with all the essential aspects of product management in the shortest possible time so that you can hit the ground running as an experienced PM professional. An inspiring camp atmosphere combines intensive learning, team spirit and the exchange of experiences. Together as product managers, we strive for top performance, promote productive cooperation and create an atmosphere with a special spirit.

Product management training as a compact online live course

The PM1 Boot-Camp Compact Product Management training gives beginners in product management or experienced product managers who have not yet received systematic training the opportunity to familiarise themselves with all the basic elements of product management in an even shorter period of time and quickly establish themselves in their role as product managers. This training is available as a live online version and is offered in English and German. This allows for geographical flexibility and makes it easy to integrate into everyday working life

Our face-to-face training courses take place in attractive surroundings in a central location in southern and central Germany. No matter whether you come from the Stuttgart, Munich, Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Hanover, Hamburg, Leipzig or Berlin area: Our selected conference hotels can be reached from all corporate conurbations within 1-3 hours by car and/or train. When selecting our hotels, we pay particular attention to a balanced price-performance ratio and an optimal learning environment with a feel-good factor.
