Our in-house training modules at a glance

Our in-house product management training courses are customised. They are based on our classic training modules, which can be flexibly combined. Depending on training requirements, we develop specific content for in-house training or expand existing subject areas. We also work with you to design in-house academy programmes to support teams in their development as a continuous partner. Our blended learning concept can be customised to create a tailored mix of face-to-face, online and e-learning formats. We offer all in-house training programmes in both German and English.

Module 1 Product management essentials (1 day)

We discuss the roles of a product manager or product marketing manager and familiarise ourselves with the PM1 product management map with all relevant PM processes.

Module 4 Product business plan review (1 day)

In our product business plan review, we support you directly in finalising your specific product business plan. As a rule, our aim is to bring your product business plan to a high level of maturity in a shorter period of time.

Module 5 Product launch strategy & plan (2 days)

In this module, participants learn what is important for a product launch and how the elements can be effectively controlled to put a product on the road to success.

Module 6 Product portfolio management (2 days)

In the first step, you will learn about the benefits of PPM, the PPM processes and the procedure for introducing PPM in your organisation. The session includes, among other things:
